UV Skinz thrives on happy customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with any item(s), simply return your item(s) to us for return or exchange. We use the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship and guarantee against any manufacturer defects. Please read our care instructions carefully to ensure all items last to their utmost potential.

Return Policy

Unused, with the tag attached items can be returned or exchanged for up to 90 days from the date of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

Please take special consideration when shipping back hats as we are unable to return products that are sent back with folded or creased brims. For all hats being returned to us, we suggest sending them back in their original boxes to ensure the entire purchase price is credited back to you.

 

Exchanges process when we receive your return in our warehouse. You will receive a tracking email once the exchange order ships.

 

Refunds are processed on the date your return is received in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges (if applicable).

 

What if my order is damaged, missing, or incorrect?
